The Telugu blockbuster Chatrapathi, starring Prabhas, has been remade in Hindi and is currently playing in theatres. The film, which was made by Dr. Jayantilal Gada of Pen Studios, features intense action and plenty of amusement. Leading parts are played by Sreenivas Bellamkonda and Nushrratt Bharuccha. Sreenivas makes his significant Bollywood debut in this movie.
Prediction of the Chatrapathi Box Office
The film is said to be mounted on a larger-than-life size and is directed by VV Vinayak. It was written by V. Vijayendra Prasad, the father of SS Rajamouli and a seasoned writer best known for his work on RRR, the Baahubali series, and Bajrangi Bhaijaan.
Akshaye Rathi, a film distributor and industry expert, told us, "Compared to everything else screening at the cinemas right now, the movie is very different and it caters to a very different audience that is absolute mass and consumes such kind of content. People who watch films that come from Allu Arjun, Nagarjuna, etc., and we have examples like Pushpa: The Rule, among others, are people who watch these kinds of films."
He continued by stating that there is a specific audience that eagerly attends theatres showing such content. Since even the programmes are still in the early stages, he believes it is too soon to discuss numbers. However, he wouldn't be shocked if it did well, given that it is based on the plot of an immensely popular original but has been updated to tell the tale in a more modern way. He added, "I am hoping it could do some good business and continue the ongoing cheer that is going on at the box office right now." as his final words.
